6. Before Diving Activities / Dive Trips / Snorkeling / Boat Trips

Before participation, you will be required to complete and sign a liability release and medical questionnaire. For diving courses, additional documentation required by the respective training agency must also be completed.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Prices for services that have already been booked will remain unchanged.

8. Dive Site and Diving Safety

We reserve the right to make short-notice changes to dive site selection or dive depth when necessary. Our dive guides are experienced Divemasters and Instructors with extensive knowledge of the dive sites around Koh Tao.

10. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded, minus any PayPal or payment processing fees, if a cancellation is made two weeks or more before the start of the course. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, the deposit will be retained.
