Please read this page. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of the terms herein.
All published rates include VAT or local service charges at the current rate.
2.1 Dives and Dive Courses
All dive courses and fun dives, pieces and size of the group, are subject to availability and the discretion of the dive shop manager and Instructor.
2.2 All bungalows of external resorts and hotels offered by the Dive Point are subject to availability and the discretion of the resort manager NOT the Dive Point Dive Shop. Limited numbers of suitable rooms may be allocated to individual rates, packages or promotions and, when these allocations are taken up, remaining available rooms may be offered to the Client at a higher price.
Bookings must be guaranteed for the first nightâ€™s accommodation by a major credit or debit card, by payment of a deposit or by agreement in writing with a company, travel agent or booking agency. At the discretion of the Dive Shop, or for some packages, full pre-payment may be required. At least 3 working days are required to process credit and debit card payments.
4. Arrival and Departures
Dive Point will organize the arrival and departure for free if the customer informed the Dive Shop about the time and company he will arrive/departure with.
5. Cancellations, Amendments and Non-Arrivals
Cancellations and amendments for bookings made on line can be made via the website at www.divepointkohtao.com or with the reservations office on +66 (0)77 456 231. When the booking is confirmed, a reservation number will be supplied. This must be retained for access to the booking in the event of the need for cancellation and/or amendment. Reservations can be canceled a service charge of 30% of the down payment will be kept. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within 14 days of the time of arrival, any deposit paid is non-refundable. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges.
Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the Dive Shop.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Personal cheques must be supported by a valid cheque card. Cheques cannot be pre-dated. Company cheques are not accepted without prior clearance. Please contact us prior to arrival. Accounts may only be forwarded for payment on completion by the Client and formal acceptance by the Dive Shop/Hotel of an application for credit facilities, which may be withdrawn at any time. Credit facilities are not offered to private individuals.
All sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice.
